Readings and consultations are prepared for an individual. Because of this personalised nature, returns are generally not applicable once preparation has begun or a service has been delivered.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Our final policy will state the notice period, any rescheduling options, and whether a partial refund may apply before work begins.
When a refund may be considered
We intend to review refund requests fairly where a service cannot be provided, a confirmed booking cannot be honoured, or there is a clear processing error. Any decision will depend on the circumstances of the booking.
